Bat2Win organizes online skill-based gaming competitions and tournaments. All contests hosted on this platform are based on skill, knowledge, and strategy — not chance or luck. We do not support or promote gambling or betting in any form.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• By participating, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements as per your state or country's laws.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that participation is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Bat2Win reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Entry Fees and Winnings

Some contests may require an entry fee. Prize money is awarded to winners based on skill-based performance and in accordance with our rules. No winnings are guaranteed.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament has started.
• If a match is canceled by Bat2Win due to technical reasons, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 working days.
• Users must ensure they join matches on time. No refunds will be given for late entry or no-shows.

6. Responsible Play

We encourage responsible participation. If you feel you are losing control of your gameplay or finances, please stop using our platform. Bat2Win is a platform for entertainment and skill competition only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• No use of hacks, bots, or third-party tools.
• No abusive language or harassment in any form.
• No manipulation or collusion with other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding on Bat2Win are owned by us and cannot be reused without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bat2Win shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
